one fine morning i would wake up and they would say last night AZ changed the name of Pakistan to Benaziristan..
well, this would be the right title for the poverty stricken, corruption internal & external, zulum and ziyaditi, full of munfiqat and treachery, Pakistan...the original meaning of Pak-istan, yani Clean astana, is loooooooonng loooong gone....what we have these days is like Benazeer....corrupt, ayash, inconsiderate, ghareebon keh lahoo par raaj karnay wali....jhootay ansooo , mulk toor zalim wadera factory ki paidawar...Shaheed Muhtarma Benazeer.....ghairoon ke wafadar..or apnoon ka dushman....ghareeb ko khudai ka dawa de kar roti kparay or makaan ka farzi jhansa....
so is not a wrong title...the current pakistan civil society matches the name and character of shaheed Benazeer....

i agree with u ....
as Zardari cant do much without the approvals of US so only thing is in his control is to name things after his deseased wife .....
u know ...he has withdrawn his own name from his kids name and had named them thier mothers .....
so cant really blame him ...
he has got nothing to do ...everything has been done by Rehman Malik and US .
only thing Zardari can do is what he is doing ....

As AZ doing and running natinal and Party matters, He will dropped Benazir Name and PPPp will be "Pakistan Past Political Party".
AZ wants to change his name and he has applied in NADRA his new name is......Asif Benazir Bhutto Zardari.
what about Perveiz Musharraf Bhutto, perhaps he could stay in AIWAN-e-Saddar with this new name.
What else you can expect from a society just mourning the death of Hazrat Imam Hussian for the past 1400 years, without acting upon his principles.
Name it Pakistan, Benazirastan, Jinnah Abad, Islamistan, Lotastan, Chmachastan, Fort of Islam, Talibaniistan or Khilafat-i-Islamia ,it would always stay as a symbol and icon of a society, fully charged with hatred, brutality, intolerance, uncivilized behavior, greed, lust of power, ignorance and tragically divided crowd.
Please name a single celebrity, after 1947, who could be respected, loved and accepted as National icon
Please forgive me to disclose that now there are moments where I feel ashamed to acknowledge being called as Pakistani.

i think...situation is too bleak for a person , to be optimistic ....
but there is hope always ....for things to get better ...
for ppl to get up and start acting not only demanding.
i pray for Pakistans soveriegnity and prosperity for Allah ..everyday .
i do discourage ppl who are anti PAKISTAN.
who r corrupt,Rishwat Khoor and Bhatta Khoors .
being a karachitie i rejected MQM.coz its a terrorist gang with Bhatta khor mafia.
i do support Talat Hussain,Kashif Abbasi and Hamid Mir.
these are the ppl who kept hope alive .
they remind me that we r an alive nation.

I am not frustrated but angry.
I would like to share with you where Chaudry Fazal Elahi, the President of Pakistan , acknowledging my services for the PPP as General Secretary of District Gujrat,
(1968-1970), nominated me for the position of Senator in 1973, what I refused to accept and suggested him to nominate one of my friends, Mr. Fakhar Zaman, more capable and deserving than me.
I was forced to sacrifice my 50 years deep emotional, cultural, political, social, educational contributions and attachment with Pakistan, due to reasons, well defined by Shakeeb Jalali (late) in one of his verses as under:

unfortunately...Shiekh sahib,
since all my life of 28 years ...i have seen Pakistan ...loosing or discouraging ppl who are worth to be a part of Pakistan...
we either kill them..discourage them...push them towards the wall ....
or make them sit quite ...
wether it is Hakim Saeed ..it is Eidhi...it is Aitzaz Ahsan,it is Amin Fahim,it is u ...or any one else....
our system gives an ideal environment for corrupts ,chors,Ghundaas,Bhatta Khors to flourish .....
bleak scheme of things.....unfortunately!!!!!!
