Future News: Nawaz Gets A Heart Transplant

    Refusing to accept that their HeartGate scam stands fully exposed, PML-N is still trying its best to coverup the obvious, with stories getting wilder and wilder to protect the role of Ganju Bros in letting Davis escape.

    It has progressed from "hospitalization was part of a regularly scheduled check up" to "some heaviness in his (chest)" to "admitted to the hospital with chest pain"

    Similarly, the lies about what got done to him got wilder too: "a regularly scheduled check up" to "a simple and routine heart procedure " to "a radiofrequency ablation procedure operation was held" to "scheduled operation was for angiography...Two stents were inserted during the surgery" to a full-blown "heart-surgery" to the over-dramatic:

    "something went horribly wrong..due to a serious complication that occurred..the operation became too complicated and Nawaz Sharif’s condition at one point became more than critical..bleeding looked to be out of control but then the doctors took charge of the situation [****? Who was in charge up to then? The janitors?]...His doctors got very worried and only then London’s top surgeons were summoned by the hospital to perform an emergency surgery to address and fix the problem. His second surgery went long into the night....

    But the most pathetic attempt to hide his role in the Davis affair was this one:

    It has been learnt that Sharif is still not fully aware of the recent political developments in Pakistan, mainly the Raymond Davis case and the furore surrounding the outcome of this case.

    Now that is some selective amnesia....

    BTW: Here is another hilarious bit from the same article:

    Nawaz Sharif is still in a half-conscious state due to the heavy dosage of medicine given to him since Monday

    Which is soon followed by:

    Sharif has been kept in deep sleep in the intensive care unit.

    How the fvck can one be "half conscious" and yet in "deep sleep"?

    Well here is the latest that makes me believe there are a lot more lies to come:
    Nawaz Sharif ‘underwent series of heart procedures’
    (and yet "Mr Sharif is now recovering well and ‘is expected to be shifted to his home in the next couple of days‘,” said Senator Pervez Rashid...)

    Even after the most complicated heart surgery, you are not kept sedated for more then 3 to 6 hours on an average. Angiogram is done under local anesthesia and the patient is usually fully awake during procedure and can go home same evening. If they have angioplasty then they are discharged usually on the next day.
    The Hospital which they mention "St.Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London does not do routine or emergency Angiogram or angioplasty but all these patients are sent to their sister hospital which is Imperial College Healthcare trust (Former Hammersmith Hospital) but none of these Hospitals have any records of Gangu Shareef.

    PMLN are talking absolute BS and are lying about this event to dodge the Raymond davis issue. And why would you go to London for a "Routine" check up if your govt had such an important hot issue underneath their skin.

    I suggest that they should come up with some other "Medical Lie". I am ready to provide them with really "fool proof medical conditions" for their future dirty politics cuz I can't see them with such childishhhh lies. ;-)

    LOL, PMLN made a real blunder on this one!! The other day Najam Sethi revealed the truth saying Nawaz is fine and he was seen eating breakfast at his favourite London Restaurant near some famous outlet called "Harold's" or something.

    People in the streets are laughing their @$$ off over this gong show of PMLN. Political Parties officialy aren't challenging this claim because it's not hard to produce fake documents to prove Nawaz had a heart translplant (he needs a brain transplant instead I think)

    BTW PTI made them feel like real idiots see below:

    (I heard this 'Ch. Nisar in London' bit last night on the Nasim Zehra show -- they were trying to get him on the phone and were told he can't come online as he had left for London)

    Arrangements are being made to kick the cats out of operation theatres of that hospital as they were found running without the surgical shoes!! :)

    Right! They have so much confidence in their own hospital they won't be caught dead in it. They don't trust it to treat their p!mple, let alone their heart. That "immaculate project" is for the dungur, lowly awam....Maharaja sahib ko to cheenk bhi aati hay to London bhgtay haiN...

    LOL .. werent the janitors. They were Shabaz sharif, parvez rashid and ahsan iqbal under cheif surgeon siddiq ul farooq.

    Reportedly there were insects in the abdominal cavity which had presumably made there way upwards when chotay mian entered an empty pack of biscuits into NS's a$$. The insects dint come out sayin "aaj biscuit nai hain?" and instead long marched right up to the heart!

    Ch Nisar as soon as he is back will submit a muzammati qarardad against this gher jamhoori rawaiya of the keeras.

    Just like in Army,especially during senior ranks promotions physical fitness and all medical conditions are taken into consideration before elevating someone and if they don't get clean bill of health then their promotions are adversely affected.(senior generals try concealing any serious ailments)

    So after this drama,Nawaz's chances to get elevated as PM would also adversely affected.. Who would want a medically unstable PM?

    If they can Prove that his irregular heartbeat is due to some vein dilatation and that can be corrected with angiogram or angioplasty then I challenge these Gangey shareef to show it to me in ANY MEDICAL BOOK, WEBSITE... its utter B.ullshit which they don't know either...

    Most Important .. the Hospital they mentioned DO NOT PERFORM ANGIOGRAM OR ANGIOPLASTY (Since October 2009) and they have no records of his admission ..... No point of discussing this cuz they are lying...
