WASHINGTON: The New York Times has reported that S H Farooqi, the uncle of MIT graduated Pakistani scientist Dr Aafia Siddiqi, has given a signed affidavit to the authorities swearing that Dr Aafia visited him in January 2008 in Islamabad and had asked for help to reach the Taliban in Afghanistan. A 12-member jury in New York convicted Dr Aafia in February this year for trying to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan in 2008.

    ITs your understanding.

I have witnessed here very through bashing of public figures .

When hard earned 2 million $$ of pakisni masses have been spent on such a lady , i feel , she is very much public issue and will be discussed and needs to be discussed.

Again , i didn't commented about any member and obviously its impossible to have same thinking on a public issue.

I have a lot of respect for u and every member despite we may differ on any or every issue. Aap ko bhi mein chota shararti saa bahi hi samjhata hoon.

  12. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

If I was in USA's position right now, it would be very easy for me to plant any kind of evidence, to support any kind of theories I wanted to sell or spread, in the court of the people of this nation.

That is worthless. The case of sister Afia starts from the time she was abducted back in March 2003.

This state has a duty to her, which this state has continuously ignored to-date.

    If this;

    (a) state, or
    (b) state's Govt., or
    (c) state's institutions, or
    (d) state's Army
    (e) etc etc

wanted to impart justice to its citizen, it would have happened inside a week or month's time, even today.

My favourite part of the article
“Leaving a husband for a second marriage, travelling alone, even putting your children in harm’s way, all acts that would be otherwise reviled, became acceptable when they are done with the ultimate aim of defying the United States,” she said.
kadam barhaoo afia hum tumharay saat hain.

Aafia drama is similar to CJ drama. Only the jamati agents and their sheep can't see the obvious.
