It was always there on the demand of public and the politicians of the time; when it was felt that the group which was in power has crossed all the limits of their corruption and nepotism. The authoritative rulers were seen ruling as per feudalistic designs, taken it granted as Pakistan and its people were at their disposal as personal property owned by them.</p> <p>Pak military which considers itself the saviour of this country has always come in on public demand to prop up the failing country. After taking over the country and setting it back on the course; it has always handed over its reign back to the civilian. This is repeated some three times. The last hand over by General Pervez Musharraf is the hall mark of its kind, when country with its vibrant economy and its society leading a moderate pace was handed over to the known top leadership in the country to come and run it on a turnkey bases.</p> <p>But just for last four years down the line; once a vibrant progressive country handed over to the coalition government of PPP; is brought to the brink of its fatal collapse. Needless to mention because we all know it well that for the ‘loot khasoot’ of present government, the public civic amenities and other basic services like electricity, gas supply and fuel for transport etc are withdrawn off from the open markets. Industries are closing and peoples are dying with hunger. Anarchy rules the streets and life for a common man on the street is but a misery.</p> <p>Under the most distressing and precarious situation that masses are finding fixed in it; it is strongly felt that probably military would butt in again through coup to take over and relieve the distressed peoples. Fearing this; it has been the cry of the ruling Politician and their intellectuals on the media; they are heard saying;‘ Army has no role in politics; they must not come and seize the powers to impose their dictatorship’.</p> <p>At the same time; unlike previous practices when the opposition used to tend and ask the military to come in the best interest of nation to take over; the present government has adversely indulged in inviting the foreign forces to intervene and humiliate the military to impede any such action. US Seals raid on OBL compound in Abbotabad, the attack on Mehran Naval base in Karachi and NATO attack on Salala post were orchestrated to provoke and undermine the military and humiliate its command. To their surprise the Military has taken this provocation much more seriously and has shown an exceptional high restraint.</p> <p>After setting all the provocation aside; for a change military decided that come what may; they may not come for the rescue—at their own as per the old ways.</p> <p>As all this was not enough; orchestration of Memogate is yet another scandal (presently under investigation in Courts) where US is asked to send her forces to subdue the Pak military forces and physically take over the country and its nuclear assets. Fortunately execution of this has been thwarted by the military command in time.</p> <p>But suffering of the peoples on the street is unbearable. Peoples are again looking up for the Military as their only saviours. But military might not come at their own for their rescue.</p> <p>Whereas Military is all ready to come to serve the nation but would like that if need be, they must be called in Aid of Civil Power for their services in accordance with the dictates of the Constitution of Pakistan inferred to Military. Military looks up to the national Judiciary and the Supreme Court to ask them to come in and take charge to put this depleted country back on the track.</p> <p>While the military awaits their orders from the Supreme Courts; they intend posing themselves aloof till such time they are called upon. But it would be absurd to malign military by a section of media for their feet dragging or pinning on them the stigma of their showing of some kind of cowardice in this case.</p> <p>Let’s look up to the Supreme Court, which is the supreme authority in Pakistan. There was no concept of her being an independent entity and enjoying equal right with dignity. We live in a country where women are over-sexualised and sold as 'products' for capitalist gains. A woman's beauty is splashed around everywhere, and she is only judged by that. Islam tells a woman to cover up so that she is not abused as Western women are. Islam provides the security and respect to women community than other religions. The western countries are using the women as an entertainment channels. All the women in the world should think about themselves then decide what is right and what is wrong for them in other religions (than Islam) </p> <p> What is feminism? Nothing but women’s movement to empower her and to consider her full human being and not mere second sex as ‘Simon de Bouire called her. Thus we see in western countries until early part of twentieth century she did not enjoy an independent status. It was only after thirties of twentieth century that she won equal status legally and various western countries passed the laws to this effect. Yet patriarchy is looming large on her in these countries.</p> <p>Qur’an empowered her and gave equal status. Another important question is what is the difference between Islamic and western feminism or is there any difference at all. If we go by definition of feminism as an ideology of empowerment of women, there is no difference. On the other hand, women had no rights and but won through great deal of struggle and this struggle came to be known as ‘feminism’ i.e. women’s empowerment.</p> <p>But there are significant differences also between Islamic and western feminism. Islamic feminism is based on certain non-negotiable values i.e. equality with honour and dignity. Freedom has certain Islamic responsibility whereas in the west freedom tends to degenerate into licentiousness, though not in law but certainly in social and cultural practices. In western culture sexual freedom has become a matter of women’s right and sex has become matter of enjoyment and lost its sanctity as an instrument of procreation.</p> <p>Qur’an does lay down certain strict norms for sexual behavior. Both man woman have right to sexual gratification (a woman has as much right to sexual gratification as man) but within marital frame-work. There is no concept of freedom for extramarital sex in any form. Sex is permissible only with marital framework. Sex, as far as Islam is concerned, is not mere enjoyment but an act for procreations and hence has sanctity.</p> <p>It is important here to emphasize that in a patriarchal society men decided the norms of sexual behavior. It was theorized that man has greater urge for sex and hence he needs multiple wives and woman tends to be passive and hence has to be content with one. This is not true as far as Qur’an is concerned. Qur’an’s approach is very different. It is not greater or lesser degree of sexual urge which necessitates multiple or monogamous marriage.</p> <p>Whole emphasis is on monogamous marriage (in both the Qur’anic verses i.e. 4:3 and 4:129). Multiple marriages were permitted only to take care of widows and orphans and not for greater sexual urge and the verse 4:129 gives the norm of monogamy and not to leave first wife in suspense or neglected. Thus as far as Qur’an is concerned sexual gratification is a non-negotiable right for both man woman. And hence a divorcee and a widow are also permitted to marry and gratify their sexual urge.</p> <p>Also, in western capitalist countries women’s dignity has been compromised and she has been reduced to a commodity to be exploited. Her semi-naked postures and her sexuality is exploited commercially unabashedly. It is totally against the concept of woman’s honour and dignity. Unfortunately western feminists do not consider this as objectionable but accept it as part of woman’s freedom. Some (though not many) even advocate prostitution as woman’s right to earn her bread.</p> <p>This is against the concept of Islamic feminism as while sanctioning sexual gratification as much right of woman as that of man, it prohibits extra-marital sexual liaison and on one hand upholds dignity and honour of woman and on the other, exalts sex on the level of sanctity and restricts it for procreation.. Thus it would be seen that discourse of Islamic feminism, while having something in common with modern western feminism, it also significantly differs from it. Islamic feminists have to observe certain norms which modern western feminists are not obliged to. </p> <p>There is institutionalised oppression of women in all cultures. In India Hindu female foetocide numbers approximately two million every year. Hinduism is rife with sexism. Women are classed as objects owned by men. The Muslims from the Sub-continent were converted from Hinduism. They carry even now a lot of Hindu traditions of dishonouring women mostly in isolated ruler areas. In urban areas Muslims are well educated both Islamically and worldly and women have all the rights given by Islam.</p> <p>UNICEF photo of the year shows, a bridegroom, 40, with his 11-year-old bride in Afghanistan. The bridegroom is going to take care of her and their future children. UNICEF photo of the year must show that the teenage pregnancies and abortion, drug addiction, binge drinking and anti-social behavior is on the rise in Britain. All of them are burden on British tax-payers. This is sickening. It's no wonder Great Britain is in such a bad shape. Ten years old British girls are haveing babies out of wedlock. They are not allowed to get married but are allowed to have babies. Teenage pregnancy rate in Great Britain is the highest in Western Europe. It is a civilised country and Yemen is a backward country because it allows young girls to get married. </p> <p>The Holy Quran gives more rights to women than the so called western civilisation.<br /> Western Secularism cannot teach Muslims how to treat women. Islam teaches us how to be civilised. Islam is a middle path. Women are even abused in the UK Parliament, which is called the Mother of Parliament. It is not just verbal abuse the female MPs have had to deal with. The tradition of killing women for family honour is a “curse”. Violence against women is a global phenomenon. An Australian Judge failed to jail nine males who admitted gang-raping a 10-year old Aboriginal girl, by saying the victim probably agreed to have sex with them. More than half the babies born to British mothers this year will be outside marriage for the first time since records begins. There is a steady decline in marriage among British couples. Nearly all births to Pakistani mothers are within wedlock. </p> <p>The veil signified the rejection of an unacceptable system of values which debased women while Islam elevated women to a position of honour and respect. It is not liberation, where women go naked. It is just oppression, because men want to see them naked. Miniskirts and plunging necklines represent oppression. Veil is a sign of liberation from a prevailing and dangerous western, secular norm – namely, a view of women purely as sexual objects. Western culture is liberalism, and that is in itself a set of norms. But now the time has come that liberalism must change its attitudes because Britain and the whole of West has undergone significant change. It is a fact that a veil cannot be equated with forced marriages, female circumcision or unequal education for girls. The real difference between man and woman is that they have different kinds of bodies designed for very different purposes, and they have also different kinds of mind because these, too, are designed to contribute differently to human needs and purposes. Men tend to be more imaginative and have more flair than women, but women are much more tenacious and better at multilasking than men. </p> <p>Muslim boys and Girls need state funded Muslim schools with bilingual Male and female Muslim teachers as role models during their developmental periods. Muslim youths feel torn between two cultures, thanks to the state schools with monolingual non-Muslim teachers. Islam teaches Muslims youths to be virgin but western education system teaches the opposite. It makes their lives very confusing. They suffer from Identity Crises. ون ملین ڈالر مین بھی یہ سوچ کر امریکہ سے اپنے وطن تشریف لئے آئے کہ اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ وہ بھی سیاستدان بن کر اپنے ملک اور قوم کی خدمت کریں اور اس نیک کام کا آغاز وہ اپنے علاقے اگی سے کرنا چاہتے تھے کیونکہ تاریخ میں ہوتا آیا ہے کہ اپنے لوگوں کی لاشوں پر اپنے قد بڑے کرنا قدرے آسان کام ہوتا ہے۔<br /> ہمارے اس جعلی ون ملین ڈالر مین کی قسمت عروج پر تھی کہ انہی دنوں ان کے علاقے میں سیلاب آگیا جس میں میں ایک ہنگامہ مچ گیا کہ امریکہ پلٹ اعظم خان جنہیں علاقے کے لوگ ڈالر مین کے نام سے جانتے ہیں، نے دادر کے علاقے میں ہونے والی ایک ٹریجڈی کے متاثرین کے لیے ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ عطیہ میں دیا تھا ۔ جی ہاں ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ ۔ آپ یقنیا پوچھیں گے کہ دینا بھر میں سو ڈالر سے بڑا نوٹ نہیں ہے تو پھر یہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ ؟ جی ہاں ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ۔<br /> دادر کے علاقے میں آفت آنے کے بعد وہاں کے مقامی باشندوں کی بحالی کے لیے ضلعی انتطامیہ نے مختلف اقدامات لینے شروع کر دیے تھے۔ جولائی 23, 2001 کو جب سول ایڈمنسٹریشن ریلیف اور ریسکو کام میں مصروف تھی کہ ایک مولانا نذیر اپنے ساتھ بہت سارے لوگوں کے ہمراہ پہنچے اور انہوں نے وہاں موجود انتظامیہ کے افسران کے سروں پر ایک بم گرایا کہ Oghi علاقے کے ایک رہنے والے باشندے اعظم خان نے ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ عطیہ کے طور پر دیا تھا۔ یہ بہت بڑی خبر تھی کہ کسی عام شہری نے ایک ملین ڈالر کا عطیہ دیا تھا جو کہ سیلاب زدہ لوگوں کے لیے تھا۔ اس معاملے کو فوری طور پر فوجی کمانڈنٹ جے ایل اے، شنکیاڑی کے علم میں لایا گیا جو اس وقت سارے ریسکیو آپریشن کی قیادت کر رہے تھے۔<br /> ہر طرف ہلچل مچ گئی کہ کوئی شخص ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ عطیے میں دے رہا تھا۔ لوگ ریسکیو آ پریشن بھول گئے۔ فوری طور پر کمانڈنٹ نے ایک ہنگامی میٹنگ بلا لی جس میں کمشنر، ڈی آئی جی، ڈپٹی کمشنر اور مقامی لوگوں کے علاوہ میڈیا کے لوگوں نے بھی شرکت کی۔کمانڈنٹ نے ایک چار رکنی کمیٹی بنائی جس کے ذمے یہ کام لگایا گیا کہ وہ یہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ ان سے لے کر اسے اپنے حفاظت میں لیکر اسے سرکاری اکاونٹ میں جمع کرائیں۔ اس کمیٹی میں میڈیا کے ایک نمائندے کو بھی شامل کیا گیا۔ کمانڈنٹ نے یہ بھی فیصلہ کیا کہ یہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ کو مانسہرہ لے جایا جائے گا اور ایک بھاری فوج کی نفری اس کے ساتھ حفاظت کے لیے بھیجی جائے گی۔ ایک سرونگ آرمی میجر زرداد کے ذمے یہ کام لگا یا گیا کہ وہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا نوٹ لے کر ایک فوجی دستہ کی قیادت کرتے ہوئے اس نوٹ کو بحفاظت مانسہرہ چھوڑ آئیں گے۔<br /> یوں میجر صاحب باقاعدہ اپنی ایک گارد لے کر شہر گئے تاکہ کوئی حملہ کر کے ان سے وہ نوٹ نہ چھین کر لے جائے اور بے چارے سیلاب زدگان بھوکے مر جائیں گئے۔ جب یہ ایک ملین کا نوٹ مانسہرہ پہنچ گیا تو اگلے دن اسے نیشنل بنک کی مین برانچ میں جمع کرا دیا گیا تاکہ اسے کیش کرایا جا سکے ۔ کمال اس بنک میجنر کا دیکھیں کہ اسے بھی علم نہ تھا کہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا کوئی نوٹ نہیں ہوتا اور انہوں نے بھی اسے جمع کر کے اس کی رسید بھی باقاعدہ جاری کر دی۔ اگلے دن کور کمانڈر کو بھی اس ایک ملین ڈالر کے عطیے کے بارے میں بتا دیا گیا جب وہ دادر میں ایک بریفنگ میں شریک تھے۔<br /> اسی دن ہی کور کمانڈر نے گورنر سرحد کو بھی اس ایک ملین ڈالر کے عطیے کے بارے میں بتا دیا۔<br /> اس اثناء میں یہ بات میڈیا کے زریعے پھیل چکی تھی جب کہ عطیہ دینے والے اعظم خان کا کہیں اتہ پتہ تک نہ تھا۔ اس کے گھر پر سرکاری اہلکار بھی بھیجے گئے لیکن اس کی کہیں سے کوئی خبر نہ ملی۔ ہوم سکریٹر ی نے ڈپٹی کمشنر کو فون کر کے پوچھا کہ عطیہ دینے والا خود کہاں ہے۔ اس پر اعظم خان کی تلاش پھر شروع ہو گئی اور اس دو دن تک پوری ضلعی انتطامیہ ڈھونڈتی رہی۔ آخر تیسرے دن پچیس جولائی کو اعظم خان نے ضلعی انتظامیہ کو اطلاع دی کہ اس نے جو نوٹ دیا تھا وہ جعلی تھا اور وہ نوٹ بچے کھیلنے کے لیے استعمال کرتے ہیں۔<br /> اس پر پوری انتظامیہ شرمندہ ہوگئی کہ ان کے ساتھ اتنا بڑا مذاق کیا گیا تھا۔ اس پر ایک انکوائری کا حکم دیا گیا۔ ڈپٹی کمشنر مانسہرہ نے پچیس جولائی دو ہزار ایک میں یہ ساری تفصیلات لکھ کر ہوم سیکریٹری سرحد کو بھیجیں اور اس خط کی کاپی انہوں نے ملٹری سکریٹری گورنر صوبہ سرحد، پراؤیٹ سکرئٹری چیف سکریٹری کے علاوہ تمام سول ، پولیس اور فوج کے اعلی حکام کو بھیجیں۔ اب آگے تاریخ خاموش ہے کہ کیسے اعظم خان نے پولیس اور فوج کو رام کر کے اپنے خلاف کوئی کارروائی نہیں ہونے دی اور کیسے ایک ملین ڈالر کا جعلی نوٹ عطیہ میں دے کر بھی صاف بچ نکلے۔ شاید انہوں نے بعد میں یہ ایک ملین ڈالر کا اس دفعہ اصلی نوٹ مولانا کی پارٹی کو چندہ دے کر پہلے سینٹ کی سیٹ خریدی اور پھر وزیر بھی بن گئے۔<br /> اس فراڈ کا پتہ چلتے ہی ڈپٹی کمشنر نے ایس پی مانسہرہ کو حکم دے دیا تھا کہ وہ اعظم خان کے خلاف کارروائی کریں۔ تاہم ہماری تفتیش کہتی ہے کہ اس طرح کا کوئی پرچ درجہ نہیں ہوا کیونکہ ایک ماہ بعد ہماری ’ون ملین ڈالر مین‘ مانسہرہ کا ناظم بن چکا تھا اور اب وہی ایس پی ان کا ماتحت تھا جس کو ان کے خلاف کارروائی کی ہدایت کی گئی تھی۔ سنا ہے کہ اس ایک ملین ڈالر جعلی نوٹ کے بعد ان کی اتنی مشہوری ہوئی کہ کچھ دنوں بعد نے ہماری مشکل آسان کردی ہے کہ انہوں نے یہ سارا فراڈ کیا اور بچ بھی نکلے۔ اپ سکرین پر ایک فوٹو ملاحظ فرمائیں جس میں اعظم خان سواتی اس وقت کے کور کمانڈر جنرل احسان کو بیس لاکھ روپے کا پے آڈرر پیش کر رہے ہیں۔ سنا ہے کہ فوج نے ان سے چیک لینے سے انکار کر دیا تھا کہ کہیں یہ بھی جعلی نہ نکلے اور انہیں کہا گیا کہ وہ پے اڈرر دیں گے۔ شاید یہ وہ بیس لاکھ روپے وہ قیمت تھی جو اس ون ملین ڈالر کے خلاف کوئی ایکشن نہ کرنے پر ادا کی گئی تھی کیونکہ اس کے بعد تاریخ خاموش ہے کہ ہمارے اس جعلی ون ملین ڈالر مین کا کیا بنا۔ ہاں اس قوم کو مبارک ہو کہ ایک نیا لیڈر ضرور مل گیا۔<br /> تاہم یہ کہانی سنانے کی پاداش میں ہمیں اس کہانی کے مرکزی کردار جسے ہم ون ملین ڈالر سمجھتے ہیں سابق وزیر سینٹر اعظم سواتی نے ایک خط لکھا کر بھیجا ہے جس میں ان کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم یہ کہانی دراصل زرداری، گیلانی اور کاظمی سے پیسے لے کر لوگوں کو سنا اور پڑھا رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے تمام الزامات سے انکار کیا اور کہا کہ یہ ان کے خلاف سازش ہے اور اس طرح کی رپورٹ دس روپے میں باآسانی بنائی جا سکتی ہے۔ اس سازش کا پتہ چلانے کے لیے ہم نے اس کہانی کے ایک اور مرکزی کردار مولوی نذیر سے رابط کیا تو انہوں نے اسے کنفرم کیا اور ساتھ ہی پوری کہانی سنائی کہ کیسے اعظم سواتی نے کس طرح وہ جعلی نوٹ ان کو عطیے کے طور پر پیش کیا تھا اور بعد میں کیسے ضلعی انتظامیہ کو ساتھ ملا کر وہ صاف بچ نکلے بلکہ وہ مانسہرہ کے ضعلی ناظم بن گئے اور جو ڈٖپٹی کمشنر اور ایس پی ان کے خلاف کاروائی کا ارادہ رکھتے تھے، وہ الٹا ہمارے اس ون ملین ڈالر مین کے ماتحت بن گئے۔<br /> کہاں کا فراڈ اور کہاں کی سزا<br /> تاہم پاکستان آرمی کو اس بات کا دکھ تھا کہ ان کے ساتھ ہاتھ ہو گیا تھا۔ اس کے بدلے میں اعظم سواتی نے بیس لاکھ روپے کا پے اڈرر اس وقت کے کورکمانڈر جنرل احسان الحق کو پیش کیا ( جنرل احسان بعد میں ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی بنے تھے)۔ بیس لاکھ روپے کے اس عطیے کے بعد پاک فوج نے ہمارے اس ون ملین ڈالر مین کے ضلعی ناظم بننے کی راہ ہموار کی۔ پاک فوج کو سیلاب متاثرین کے لیے بیس لاکھ روپے مل گئے اور ہمارے ون ملین ڈالر مین ضعلی ناظم اور پھر سینٹر اور پھر وزیر بن گئے۔<br /> ان تمام واقعات کی تصدیق کے لیے جب ہم نے مولوی نذیر سے بات کی تو ان کی باتوں نے تو ہمارے ہوش اڑا دیے۔ ملاحظ فرمائیں اس Every sensible citizen should go to the graveyard of those infants and find answer that why they were killed.</p> <p>If these innocent infants survive then due to absence of their father or mother their life is more painful than to be in an hell.<br /> By seeing infants graveyard one feel God will give one day very sever punishment to all of us who are silent about these evils.<br /> The main reasons of risky sexual behaviour of Pakistani Youth.</p> <p>1.<br /> Presenting women and using females as the basic raw materials for creation of literature by subcontinent poets, writers and all other artists for making money.<br /> Ghazal is the most popular form poetry completely devoted to express desires for females.</p> <p>2.<br /> It is only subcontinents films which are full of lustful songs and dances.</p> <p>3.<br /> All films and dramas are made on the basis of romance and violence.</p> <p>4. Also yesterday ISF president was attacked by "unknown people" who have been threatening him over the phone and telling him to stop campaigning for PTI in Hyderabad.</p> <p>This is a growing trend all over the country where pti supporters and offices are being attacked.
